Solar Integrated Street Lights

In order to power the lights at night, solar integrated street lights employ solar panels to convert sunlight into electricity. The electricity is then stored in batteries. Since they are self-sustaining, they are not dependent on a power source outside of themselves or connected to the electrical grid. Parts of solar integrated street lights include the pole, battery, LED lights, controller, and solar panel. Usually installed on top of the pole, the solar panel harvests energy from the sun all day long. This energy is stored in the battery, and the controller controls how much power is sent to the led lights.
